Pull up resistos for host(Arduino) microcontroller

Hello Everyone,

I'm kinda new to this sort of project so go easy on me  . I've been given the task of using a sensor in the picture provided. I decided that I'll be using an Arduino Uno R3 to be the host for this Sensor with I2C. How would I go in finding out the pull up resistor values and how does the process of connecting this will work? I'd like to have my Arduino read some sort of values as the sensor detects motion or light.

Thank you.

When it comes to I2C the pull-up resistors will probably end up being external.

digitalWrite(outputPin, INPUT_PULLUP); //turns on the internal pullup, 20-50k
