Hi, @finyuk2005

Have you access to an oscilloscope, to look at the signal at the output of the controller on the 5V side?

It is the easiest way to see if the output is being briefly pulsed.

If you write some code that JUST holds the output LOW, does the level converter still flicker?
That way you will find out if it is your code or hardware.
