Well, I have 3 different types of LEDs from Seeedstudio.
Generic bright directional white LEDs
Pirhana diffuse LEDs
1w Luxon LEDs
So far I've tested the first two. I think either would do the job. It will depend on how much the light bounces around inside a pumpkin!
