I am looking to purchasing an inexpensive oscilloscope (hopefully). Has anybody had experience with FNIRSI products, in particular with this one FNIRSI® DPOS350P 4-IN-1 350MHz 1GSPS Tablet Oscilloscope Signal Genera (which for me is not inexpensive either). BTW, I am trying to measure pulses in the order of nano seconds width. Thanks for any help. AA
To do that with reasonable accuracy, you need a sample rate about 10X faster than 1 ns, so 10 GSPS.
Makes sense, about 10 sampling points per pulse.
An industry standard rule of thumb.
I have had luck on eBay and got a Teck scope very reasonable.
