Push button on Uno

What is the function of the pushbutton on the Uno board? How is it addressed or referred to in programming?
Can it be used instead of adding another pushbutton on a breadboard while doing the examples?

That is the reset button and I do not believe it can be reprogrammed for any other purpose.

We shouldn't be too hard on him. I have several Uno clones that don't label the reset button.

Ah quite right and I apologise for being harsh. One of my Uno's is real, but the other is a clone and the button is, indeed, anonymous.
