Push notification to mobile phone using arduino nano 33 ble sense

Hi! Im currently building a project and it requires me to send notification to mobile phone. I am using arduino nano 33 BLE sense, i have an esp8266-01 wifi module. Let say if im using the temperature sensor on the nano board. When temperature exceeds 35, how Can i send notification through blynk/IFTTT app? or since the board has a built in BLE, can BLE be used to push notification?
