Put Elegoo uno R3 in DFU mod

Hello everyone,

I would like to use an Elegoo UNO r3 to simulate keyboard keys but I can't put it in DFU mode. Is that not possible with this card or is it just me?

When I make contact between the reset PIN and the GND, the card disconnects and is no longer visible and when I release, the card is again recognized as an UNO.
