PWM 9 LEDs(3 RGBs) from an Arduino Pro Mini(328p, 16mhz, 5v)

I have connected 3 RGB LEDs(1st to digital pin 3,5,6 ; 2nd to 7,8,12 ; 3rd to 9,10,11) with one 100ohm resistor for each LED, and a 10M resistor between pins 2 and 4 for 'capsense' to my Arduino Pro Mini(328p, 16mhz, 5v). I have uploaded the 'pwmallpins' sketch to it and it works fine with the added 'capsense' code.

All the LEDs light up and change colours as long as the sensor pin is touched . I tried programming such that when the cap sensor pin is not touched, the LEDs pause at their current levels, and when touched again the colour change continues. I couldn't figure out a way. Help needed!
