PWM in a Meanwell HLG-185H-C1400B

Until recently i only used a ELN-60-48P and made the following circuit so that arduino provides a 10V PWM signal to the driver

With the HLG-185H-C1400B(Datasheet) it doesn't work. It has 3in1 dimming functions, 10V PWM, Analog 0-10V and resistance.
One of the differences is that this driver provides 10V on the dim pins.

My search didn't give me any results :
How can i change the circuit so that it is compatible with the new driver?

Thanks

UPDATE:

Is it possible that it's because i'm switching the GND and not the 10V?
Would that trick the driver to think that i'm not sending a PWM signal?
Here is the block diagram of the driver

Should i use a PNP transistor?
