PWM voltage regulation with LM317T

I want PWM variable volatge increase from 0-5V to 0-30V .so i use lm317T and op amp lm741, but it will increases voltage level to 0-11V .how could it possible to increase it to 30V ....i am sorry, in circuit diagram attached. Vin of lm317T is 12V not 60V

The op-amp is has a ±12V supply. It's output won't go beyond it's power supply.

In practice, it will be even less, that is why you only get 11V output.

So i would change op amp or increase the op amp supply.. I think above 12v op amp 741 may be damage

The LM317T won't do what you need. Better to go for the currently favoured usual route .... use a suitable Logic Level n-channel mosfet to switch a 30V dc supply...... with your 0 and 5V level pwm signal at the gate input.

It sounds as if you are incorrectly assuming that a electronic component like a voltage regulator does what you incorrectly think it is meant to do. The LM317T is a voltage regulator. This won't do what you think it does.

I want PWM variable volatge increase from 0-5V to 0-30V .so i use lm317T and op amp lm741,

Why? It is PWM so that means it is only zero or five volts nothing in between. So if you want a 0 to 30V PWM all you need is a 30V supply and transistor and two resistors.
