On a 16 MHz processor? No.

Hello paul,

As per your words i am not generating the 7mhz pwm signal on a nano then what can i do?
other option is there as per my requirement.

What do you plan to use the 7MHz signal for?

If it always has a 50% duty cycle then it is hardly a PWM signal - merely a square wave.
