qduino mini v2 "port" greyed out

Hi, I am currently planning to use Qduino for my project.

I've soldered it, connected to the pc and ran the code - it worked for 2 days.
Then while I was running the other day, the port suddenly disappeared -greyed out completely, so now the arduino IDE can't recognise the device.

I tried unplugging the cable and restarting the computer - didn't work
I tried re installing the driver + restart pc - didn't work
I tried deleting the arduino and reinstalling the arduino - didn't work.
I tried using another charge and sync cable - didn't work

This is a brand new qduino that arrived this month and only ran it for two days, but does this mean the device could be damaged? or would there be any other way to make it work?
