hi guys just wanted to ask
if i connect my QRD1114 to a comparator and i did not use a pull up resistor on my QRD1114 circuit
will the analog reading in arduino not be accurate?
It's an OpenCollector output so you need a pull-up. Do you mean something like this:
Are you connecting the INPUT of the comparator to the Arduino or the OUTPUT? If it's the INPUT then the pull-up needed for that will work fine. If you mean OUTPUT then the results will be LOW or HIGH, not an analog value.
