QRE1113 and NOR logic gates

Hello, i am not good in electronic (have base knowledge)... Trying to make some sumo line sensors with pair QRE1113GR and logic gates to output one logic value (all sensors see white line).... Drawed circuit in EasyEDA.

Can someone check is it will be ok and i will have working two sensors over logic NOR gates? Output digital signal (0 or 1)???

I don't see a current limit resistor on the QRE1113GR's inputs (pins 1 & 2), have you burned the LEDs out?

So corrected added resistor... How now?

So, does the voltage between GND and pin 3 of the optos change from near 5V to near 0V when black or white is in front of them?
