quadcopter PWM motors brushed

I'm doing a Quadcopter with brushed motors and Arduino, connecting the engine to a 3.7 volt battery (600 mAh ), the image is of a WLtoys V999 and does not weigh much , the problem is that my motors of 4 of them placed in analogWrite (motor, 255) and the quadricopter does not rise , because what does not rise ? :o

Because the props are mounted the wrong way round?

So what half-H-bridges are you using for each motor?

Whats the weight of the Quadcopter?
Sounds like you dont have much power available given the battery size.
