Question about arduino communication with smart phone

Hi ,
Im new to this system and i wanted to ask some questions
so the thing is that i want to connect my arduino to the internet at home and control the arduino with the smart phone.
BUT! the thing is that i wanna use it when im out side the hose so i gonna use the cellular network
so the question is in which item/module do i need to use to control the arduino with my smart phone?
one more thing can any one help me with the CODE

OK it's fairly simple to achieve.My suggestion is buy a Ethernet shield and not connected it directly to the internet.
It's your home , exposing it to the internet in a quick way (a simple NAT)could be dangerous.
My suggestion is use a VPN to inside your house and then interact with your board and your house thought the VPN tunnel .This is more secure.
