Question about atmega32u4

Hi!

I did handbrake for PC, i used atmega32u4, i downloaded "Arduino IDE" and i put script to Arduino library. All works fine.
But my question is, I did another handbrake to my friend, can i do just "plug and play" ? I mean, i give him handbrake, he connect to PC and ready to use OR he needs
to download "Arduino IDE" and puting script to library too?

I saw in internet about Arduino SD car reader, does it help?

Welcome to the forum

What is "handbrake" ?

may be

Yes, for rally games. I have same like in this video

so once you built the contraption an installed the code in the Arduino (atmega32u4) then your friend does not need to do anything related to Arduino.

When he plugs in the board with USB on his PC, it will power the arduino which will appear as a new HID device connected to the PC. (like a new mouse, keyboard, joystick, etc...)

if the programming has been done correctly, that device will be seen as an external control device for the rally game, you just need to configure it there.
