Can I use this Thing(click here) to scroll my mobile touchscreen! Capture not only TOUCH-NO TOUCH events but use it to scroll on a surface!

Well you'll get an analog value related to how hard you push. If you can algorithmically relate that value somehow to scrolling up or down.... and if you can somehow connect the hardware....
