A NOR flash memory chip example: ST M29W640FT 706 H can retain all data for how many years stored at 35-36C temperature? (A maximum of 10 writes and erases were used on this chip)
Per datasheet, at least 20 years (over full temp range).
In practice, probably a lot longer, but since the calculation for lifetime is largely statistical, manufacturers tend to be conservative.
