A NOR flash memory chip example: ST M29W640FT 706 H can retain all data for how many years stored at 35-36C temperature? (A maximum of 10 writes and erases were used on this chip)
Per datasheet, at least 20 years (over full temp range).
In practice, probably a lot longer, but since the calculation for lifetime is largely statistical, manufacturers tend to be conservative.
In proper antistatic containers?

Have not checked all NOR flash. Is your example the only device you have?
You can get that information from the manufacturer, also they have a application engineer in your area that could help.
Hi, @aranbafdan88
Do you have a project in mind that needs answers to longevity of components?
