Hi,

the over voltage protection circuit you have on your website, is this suitable for analogue input and if yes, do the resistor and the capacitor effect the reading in any way?

Yes.

They stabilise it slightly.

The effect they have on the signal depends on the nature of the signal. Basically what the impedance is and how fast it is moving. The higher the impedance and faster the signal moves the more it is affected.
