Question related to library

“good afternoon friends, now i want to learn coding of arduino in c without using any library like <avr/io.h>. so, any give some guidance to do that, please.”

give some guidance to do that, please.

The short and blunt answer is that if you do not want to libraries then you must write your own functions to do what you want. That may involve using the AVR hardware more directly than normal using port manipulation, for instance. You could, of course, consider copying code from library files into your own program.

What is it that you are trying to do ?
Why not use functions from libraries ?
Which library functions do you need ?

First learn to program Arduino WITH all libraries available, if that works well you can try to replace / remove existing libraries.

Note: when you want to make a car do you reinvent the wheel or do you use an existing one?
