Question with capacitors

I have a project in which i have two 220uF capacitors in parallel with a servo motor. To help drive the servo. When I power on and off the device it seems to spaz out for a couple of minutes and sometimes doesnt even turn on. I have a MAX756 and feel that when I power down the device, the capacitors discharge to the Max756 and microcontroller causing it to spaz out the servo. My question is, is this possible and if so would a diode before the 220uF capacitors resolve this?

In the diagram POW is the input battery 2AA batteries. +power- actually represents an LED and so is +sense-. I have put in the values for the capacitors near the closest pins.

Where are the capacitors? Where's the servo? That pcb design is next to useless.

the device it seems to spaz out for a couple of minutes

The motor starts turning after 2 minutes of spams?

No kidding.... I had to go to the dictionary to figure it out:

Thank you for the most informative links, especially the second one/// Although tastes change with age a great deal... I can remember the girls I used to pick out when in my 20's... The ones described in the second link... I was always too lazy to seduce them... I just looked for the ones that 'appeared' ready for 'freddy'
