What do you want to detect?
Usually the sensors don't include wireless but they can be connected to an Arduino together with some sort of wireless device to transmit the data to another Arduino.
You will probably get better information if you go back to your original post, click Modify, and m=change your title to something meaningful. The word "question" is not much help when every single Topic is a question.

One cool thing about the arduino is you can build just about any sensor, output or whatever you want really.
