Questions Regarding Interfacing with MT9V011 CMOS Image Sensor

I am current working on a project that involves interfacing a CMOS image sensor with the arduino. The CMOS is supposed to receive light and transfer analog voltages to the arduino for conversion to digital. However, due to my limited experience with micro-controllers, I am a little lost in regards to connecting the arduino with the sensor. From what I understand from the datasheet, the CMOS is connected to the arduino through a two-wire serial bus. However, I am not so sure about the specifics.
So my questions are:
The datasheet shows a "typical configuration," so is that how I wire the CMOS?
The CMOS has a built in ADC, but I can just output analog voltages for the arduino to convert? The datasheet mentions a voltage output, but is that for its own internal use?
What exactly does it mean when the data can only change when the clock is LOW? Does that mean I can only update values when the clock cycle is LOW?
