Quick simpe replacement question

I have an arduino Uno with the ATmega328 DIP, and the other day I was running a program and I don't know what I did but it got hot enough to burn me. Regardless I just want to make sure I get the right replacement micro controller, I need an ATmega328 with the bootloader? So I should get ATmega328 with Arduino Optiboot (Uno) - DEV-10524 - SparkFun Electronics.

Does anyone know where you can get them cheaper?

5.50 at sparkfun is probably your cheapest.
Other good places for electronics are ladyada, monoprice (USB cables for $.71) or robotshop
