Quick ?? - Will Seeeduino Mega work with Ethernet?

I am about to buy the Seeduino Mega because I want the maximum amount of pins available. The Arduino Mega is good, but seeing that the Seeeduino cost about the same and offer more pins, I figure I'd go for that.

The question is I will have to use the Ethernet shield on it, will it work? I know on the Mega you have to hack it slightly for it to work, which is simple enough. But will it work the same on the Seeduino? I want to make sure before I take the $200 something plunge... I will be buying 2 Seeeduino Mega with 2 Arduino ethernet shield. I would get the NKG ethernet shield but they're out :-/

It looks to me like the seeedunio mega is exactly compatible with the Arduino Mega as far as the pins they have in the same places (ie the original shield-compatible pins.) So similar hacks would be involved in getting the ethernet shields to work.
