Quiz Controller System

Hi

Following a family Christmas Quiz and a lot of arguing (as to who "buzzed" first) I want to build a Controller with 4 lights and a "lockout" system.

I have never done any soldering, or coding, but i am determined to make this kind off system.

Can anyone point me in the direction of any instructions ?

What do you have?

Do you have an Arduino UNO board, Asmall breadboard and some jumper wire cables for it?
Some "buzzer switches, same number of low-power (20mA) LEDs and same number of 330 Ohm resistors?

Or do you just want to build something from nothing?
