R29 assembly failure

Hi all,

I have noticed that on my Arduino Due board the resistor R29 is incorrectly populated. Instead of 19k1 there are about 12k ohms populated. This leads to the fact that the 5V voltage is on about 7V. Anyone else noticed that problem? Is there a way to detect the error without measuring?
