I would like to reproduce the fingerprint comparison algorithm so that the comparison is done outside the sensors. is there a way to achieve this?(with the SENSOR R305 OR R307 )

Yes, that was clear. If you want to reproduce that algorithm, you have to know what the algorithm is.
You will probably also have to know exactly how the fingerprint data are stored and can be interpreted.

with my research I managed to find a way to have a template in hexadecimal format but for the same fingerprint the hexadecimal string will never be the same that is why the manufacturers of the fingerprint sensor insert an algorithm which analyzes the fingerprints and evaluates the confidence rate
Correct. Your next task is to find out what that algorithm is, so that you can reproduce it.
