A sort of, only the transmitting is to low. The 3 watt transmitter that i want to use is for several kilometers of range. The transmitter i want to build uses a standard tone ganerator and is completely analog. The max in the Netherlands is 0.5 watt but this is something else 
if it's powered up it only send a few single beeps in a second or two then it will be powered out by relais to save battery's :
What i want is to receive the tones on the arduino.
