I have heard that some people have so called "radio signal / frequency capturers". I m very newbie so how they works and how to get them showing data? Is there any complete systems and where can buy them?
The idea is same than example frequency MHz receivers but I could get all data/information from different frequency levels? Is it possible?

My best guess is, that you are talking about SDR (Software Defined Radio). It needs a receiver USB stick and it can receive anything between 50MHz and 1GHz with free software.
