RadioShack temperature sensor?

Hello, I have a Outdoor radioshack temperature sensor. But first of all I posted part of this in the sensor area asking about the sensor itself here. But now it looks like I need to ask some questions for programming sense my programming skills are not at all there right now. So my question is that How can I read this sensor? In the other post is images and links of everything I have. I will post the same images and links in here as well.

You are right. It might need to be deleted. My other question Might been a program question and not a sensor question. I'm sorry if I got confused.
