However the text of your first Post makes me wonder if you are just preparing to create SPAM. This is not a Forum about business decision making skills.

What is your present level of knowledge?

There are Tutorials on this website and many others on the Internet and on YouTube (if you prefer that style of learning).

The Arduino IDE comes with a large selection of short example programs that are likely to cover most of the techniques that a beginner will need.

A lot depends on your personal learning style. I find it easier if I have a specific project that I want to implement which provides a focus for my learning. However I know other people like to work through a formal or structured series of general lessons before turning their attention to specifics.

This is not the Forum for learning PHP. This Forum is about programming Arduino boards and they cannot use PHP.

Google should be able to find you dozens of PHP tutorials.
