Rakinda LV 30 bar scanner with arduino uno R3

I need some help withthe Rakinda micro bar and 2D QR scanner to be integrated with an Arduino Uno R3. The company sends an EVK board with an USB connection which fires up the scanner with a button on the EVK BUT the EVK is ONLY for TESTING.
I m looking for an Arduino compatible LV 30 scanner shield since its application will be in a very small confined 24X12X4" compartment.

Also I would imagine that the Shield would read the scanner since the company neither provides software for your PC for the scanner numbers to be shown on your screen in many of their not so great and low volume videos on YouTube.
