I'm working with a Mega2560 and reaching the limits of my RAM. Stacks of flash memory left (using 11 or 12%) but I'm already by 63% RAM usage. Need to add another library (alone this one would need another 12%) and I'm not sure, but I guess the MCU is getting unstable above a certain percentage.
can anybody help me?

saturating the flash memory is not an issue, it's there to be used.
Keeping some SRAM available for dynamic allocations (bad idea if memory is scarce) and the stack is a good idea
get a more capable board, use alternative libraries, clean up your code.... with the information we get, we can't provide any advice...
