Hi I have a early Rambo board 1.1B I have connected it to my printer. But as I turn on the power, LED 5 and LED 6 both red light up, Why would this happen.

How is it connected to your printer? Which power are you referring to (Arduino or printer)?
Do the LEDs light when not plugged in to printer?
