Raspberry Pi Official 7" Touchscreen on Arduino Mega

I've got an Raspberry Pi 7 Inch touchscreen(the official one) laying around. I'm wondering if i could use ist on my Arduino Mega. Has anyone tested this yet ? I didn't find anything in the forum.
