The first number is the time the signal stayed off before it went on. I think it depends entirely on when you press the button so I think you will get different numbers for each button press. I don't think that number is used when sending a raw code.

The second number is the first active pulse. It is generally long to give the receiver time to adjust its gain. Call it a 'start pulse'.

The third number may also be part of a start pulse.
