RC car with remote video stream on tft screen

Hi, I have made an arduino nano based RC car with handheld transmitter. I used nRF24L01+PA with antenna as wireless communication.

I want to attach a camera in the rc car and I want to stream the video directly to my transmitter on a tft screen.

Now I understand that arduino nano is not capable to do this. So I need the guidance for following:

Case 1:
Single microcontroller for car control and video streaming. Same microcontroller in handheld transmitter with tft for video viewing.

Case 2:
Saparate microcontrollers for car and camera streaming, similar setup in handheld transmitter with tft screen.

Is any of case 1 and 2 are possible?
Please let me know. I was exploring espcam module and xiao esp32s3 module with camera, but need to get some idea about the feasibility of my objective.

you could try a ESP32-CAM - cost about £10 on EBAY in UK

First you need to compute how many bytes per second your streaming video will require! Then determine what Arduino communications system will provide that throughput. Can you add that to the current nRF24Lo1 system?
