So, I have been thinking if there is a way i can interface a R/C receiver to an arduino so when i press the forwrd button on my transmitter, the led on pin 13 starts to blink. Can anyone help me there please ?
And also, i had got one of those transmitters that have this kind of (can't get the right word) button (duh)(attached too) :
Now I got a special case for mine but what i want to do is attach potentiometers to both the front-back and left-right so that when in turn the front-back potentiometer right the car(watever, you can say servo) goes forward and when the pot is in center, the car stops and when in left, the car goes back. Same for the left-right.here's my transmitter opened forward backward pressbuttons :
(attached)
So basicly when i press the top button(in the pic) it goes forward and vice versa.
The metal piece I press is pressing something that looks like this :
(attached this one too)
So, what to do..
Please help. Any help appreciated.
Regards
Sammy
Are you saying you want this modification at the transmitter, or the receiver?
At the transmitter, it is easy, just use an analogRead on the pot you've attached.
At the receiver, you'd have to use something like pulseIn on the appropriate channel's output.
On the transmitter. So that i can control going forward or backward with a pot.
And as for the led blinking with r/c, I'll see to that. Thanks.
Just help me with the modification of the transmitter.
any updates?
