[RC522] [NANO] 15 meters away. How to do?

Hello everyone,
A fairly recurring subject on the internet but the answers are not complete for my level ...
I have RC522 which needs to be connected to a NANO located 15 meters (49 feet) away with F/UTP cat6 ethernet cables.
I have the obligation to transform my signal returned by the RC522 into RS232 or RS485.
I looked at a lot of forums but diagrams are missing, my level in electronics is only basic.
How to convert SPI signal to RSxxx and with what equipment? and how to connect all this?

RS232 or RS485 won't carry your SPI signal

I have the obligation to transform my signal returned by the RC522 into RS232 or RS485.

do you really NEED to? can't you have an Arduino attached to the RC522 and then Serial (over RS232 or RS485) to another Arduino?

When there is already a cat6, why not use something Ethernet, TCP/IP based?

There are chips that will extend SPI but I am not sure if it will go that far. A simple trick to extend SPI that I use is to use CAN driver chips. On driver and receiver for MOSI, MISO, SCK, and SEL. You can get just the driver chip mounted on a board for about $0.75 depending on where you buy them. try searching for : " CAN Bus Controller TJA1050 CAN Controller Interface Module Bus Driver Interface Module DC 5V PCB Drive Board", shorten that down if you like but they are readily available from Arduino suppliers.
