Hello,
Well, I have read many posts about RDM6300 and other websites such as tutorials but I can't work out how to use the 125kHz module with Arduino.
So far, I have connected the aerial on its connector, put the GND and the Arduino 5V on the module power supply. I try with no success to receive data from the TX pin of the module. Is the module plug and play, I mean we only have to connect GND and 5V to see activity on the TX pin?
=> I have checked with the oscilloscope and I have signal activity :
- on my tag aerial
- at the input of the first OpAmp stage
- at the output of the first OpAmp stage
- at the output of the second OpAmp stage
and I actually a very clear signal for all of them. On TX and on RX pins, I have a very flat 5V.
=> I have checked with : - a FDX-A tag (AVID protocol)
- a FDX-B tag (ISO protocol)
- a EM4102 tag
So I can't figure out why I have no activity on TX of the RDM6300 module... Do I have to send a message from the Arduino to activate the TX ?
In case, I attach the 3 screenshots
Any help or hint is deeply appreciated.
Regards
