well, that was a bizarre interview. But i stuck to myself and got through it. Now I have that job. Its a very high paying job at 1.2 Million INR per annum. Well, to say at best, I could find 3 plants in front of me and one was at the back. That plant still hurts me like a pain in the ass.. lol 
That one at the back was probably a plant to catch you out (sorry).
Good thing you weren't interviewing for a secret agent position and being asked to spot all the bad guys.

Sure Toolduino is a cool bit of kit, and I'm sure Michael would like the word to get around about Toolduino, but please do everyone a favour and use your own words... The added benefit is that it gives everything else you say just a little bit more credibility...

Hey, cool buddy... i have not said that it is my invention or something like that. All i want to do is to make arduino information easily accessible at one single place - on my blog of which they know. I know Toolduino is a nice application developed, not by me, but everything here is Open Source. So I can use it the way I want to. Please be done with the whole 'Your thing' and 'My Knowledge' thing. Knowledge holds no bars. Just use it without caring whose it is. U might be better off. So I am just saying that use Open Source Content to your advantage and your growth. That's the open source meaning. No offence buddy. Glad for your feedback.

How is this better than just helping add content to: http://www.arduino.cc/playground/ ? Seems like an obvious place to make Arduino information easily accessible.
So I am just saying that use Open Source Content to your advantage and your growth. That's the open source meaning.

Give credit where credit is due!! By placing information on a website that you own and control, without the correct attribution, leads people to falsely believe the information CAME FROM YOU.

I don't have time to google every article I read to verify it's originality so when I read something on a web site I assume it's authored by the owner of that site unless it's made obvious that it's not.

Interesting anecdote follows:
When I was studying computer science at uni (many moons ago) we had a class where we studied PDP-11 assembler. We had a Mac-based simulator written by the lecturer to do our assignments and project work on. Our lecturer would determine "borrowed works" by looking at the program counter at the completion of a program. Changing variable names was easy, but the program counter would be the same.
Anyway, I think we've covered this thread with enough glory for a day. On to bigger and badder crimes - like why my current project isn't working properly!
