From his other postings, I assume he's yet another student too lazy or too stupid to do his homework and tries find to someone to do it for him. You know, the type of people who go on and become managers later.

It appears that you're not initializing your checksum variable.
That would be Mikrobasic for the PIC microcontroller?
Look around this forum, and find how many time the term "PIC" is used compared, say, to the term "AVR" or "Arduino".
