I'm seriously considering the purchase of the Arduino WiFi shield. But I would also like to get some experience with the 32UC3A1256U chip's other capabilities, including the 32 bit processing and other capabilities.
I searched through some of the archives but found it too frustrating given all the hits I got with the poor combination of keywords I'd chosen.
Seems to me this chip should become the "brains" of another Arduino variant (running at 3.3V) somewhat like the Galileo of Tre.
I'd like to know if it is possible or even makes sense to (temporarily) re-flash that chip and in so doing have a viable platform for experimentation? What are the more practical/better alternatives?
Thanks,
Norm
