Re: Real Time Clock Chip for Waking up from Sleep

Im trying to make my arduino, which takes CO2 measurements 1x or 2x a day, go to sleep for the rest of the day until the next day.

I've read about LowPower library and the external interrupt option so Im trying to decide. Im not sure I could make it go to sleep for a whole day using LowPower, at least not without the external interrupt.

I think I understand that I would need to put it to sleep and setup an interrupt such that using an RTC module, at 5am each day for example, the RTC would send the interrupt to the arduino and wake it up?
