The management DOES CARE but (insert profanity here) we DON'T ALL LIVE IN THE USA on this planet therefore some of us can't take care of spam while we are sleeping..
there is one person who is tasked to take care of this daily and he does... the whole team reads the forum several times a day and cleans up the spam so... chill out

It may very well work out to block that particular acronym, but then they'll just think of something else.
A quick wikipedia disambiguation search reveals there are only three (well known) uses for it. Only one of which I'd ever thought of.
