That image link has an invalid character at the end so it doesn't display, if you edit the link it should show up.
Perhaps someone that has used this chip on the Arduino already has a solution, but if not, if you post some pseudocode of what is necessary to drive that chip, it would be easier to guide you into turning that into Arduino code.
