Re: Workshop on Arduino - India

Hello

If you've read the forum policy it says "no advertisement"
so I won't tolerate this behaviour... so the "36pixel bold green message" will go

m

but not a bad impression about my company

You are the one creating a bad impression for your company, spamming it at every opportunity.

Other than spamming your company, you have not posted a single thing. No help for anyone stuck with a problem. No suggestions on how to proceed, other than "Buy an Arduino from me, even though you live 8000 miles away".

Knock off the spam, and post useful information. Maybe, in time, your bad impression will get better.

i dont know who you are
i cant read how you think
but if you are in good way about that, i really thank you for your advice

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are Conducting Workshop on regular basis.

Our upcoming workshop on Arduino June 12th and 13th 2010.

We Invite you for our latest training offerings on the

Arduino Development tools.

April 10, 11th, 2010

What could be better than spending time learning about Arduino, the favorite

open source physical computing platform for designers, artists and

hobbyists.

About us

We areis a company dedicated towards Training, support and

development driven with right principles. We specialize in FPGA/CPLD based

system design, embedded systems and Linux based development.

As a company we have been always focused towards promoting open source tools

amongst academicians and corporate entities.**

What is Arduino?

Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on

flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended for artists,

designers, hobbyists, and anyone interested in creating interactive objects

or environments.

Arduino can sense the environment by receiving input from a variety of

sensors and can affect its surroundings by controlling lights, motors, and

other actuators. The micro-controller on the board is programmed using the

Arduino programming language (based on Wiring) and the Arduino development

environment (based on Processing). Arduino projects can be stand-alone or

they can communicate with software on running on a computer (e.g.

Processing, Matlab, and MAXMSP.Etc).

The boards can be built by hand or purchased preassembled; the software can

be downloaded for free. The hardware reference designs (CAD files) are

available under an open-source license; you are free to adapt them to your

needs.

What are the Prerequisites to attend?

" Interest and enthusiasm to learn and explore things!

" Don't have any experience with software, electronics or physical

computing?

" Excellent! This course is designed for beginners who have no experience

with one or more of the areas of software, electronics and physical

computing.

" Interactive and willing to ask more and more questions!

What is the outcome of this workshop?

" Overview of what is Physical computing?

" Writing sketches and connecting parts with the Arduino.

" Quickly integrate ideas into reality.

" Complete a simple project on the Arduino with a take home Arduino kit.

Workshop Layout:

" A two day program!

o Day 1: Arduino architecture, IDE and software overview.

o Day 2: Interfacing peripherals and electronics to Arduino.

When:

The course runs over two days on Saturday 10th April 2010 and Sunday 11th

April 2010.

Both days start at 10:00 am and will finish between 5:00pm.

Where:

The workshop will be held at Tenet Technetronics
