Read a motherboard temperature sensor

My next PC will be a water-cooled monster, and I want to build an LCD for the exterior that displays inlet and outlet temperatures. I've found sensors that connect to the motherboard. Is it possible to read these? What would be beautiful is if they were strictly analog and I could easily connect them to an analog input port.

I want to use an Atmega328 with Arduino bootloader, but not the Arduino itself.

Also, has anyone ever connected an Arduino to a flow meter sensor for inside a PC, like one of the ones that pulses for each unit?

Not if you don't lean to one side so we can see over your shoulder. Hmmm, still can't see the datasheet...

I've been looking for the datasheets, but so far have been unsuccessful.

Here are the sensors in question, though.
